[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Not accepting my return even after complaining so many times | |||||
Order id : [protected] I purchased lenovo z2 plus on 23rd april 2017, and i faced serious issue with the mobile camera. And i raised a return request on 24th april 2017, but snapdeal customer care has rejected the return request without any proper intimation. Then i called the snapdeal customer care to report the issue, but they are not accepting the return request and not responding properly.. Also it has a easy return policy of 14 days.. This is really cheating... I want these products to be returned and my money should be given. My email id : aravindhraj.
