Hi sir, I have ordered an samsung j3 phone worth 8000 from snapdeal on 6th of oct and which is not delivered to me till date. Actually the product is at my city ware house via xpressbees courier and this expressbees is not delivering it. I request you to please cancel all license of this xpressbees courir. They dont even have there office in our city. This xpress bees courier is pathetic. Didnt expected this kind service from snapdeal. I request you to kindly look into the matter.
