[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — not giving the product in the time as per mentioned in website

I have an order for windows 10 key. It is mentioned in website "instant email delivery". But 24 hrs passed still not received the key. Very unhappy. My order id-[protected]. They also don't have contact no. Contact through email id does not give satisfactory result
