Dear sir, I have not received order id [protected] dt.22/9/2018. I have received call from courier boy but did not receive above said order parcel 2/10/2018. Your tracking record showing parcel delivered but in reality i did not receive. Immediately i have put complaint on help @snapdeal.com. Till today you have not resolved matter.
