[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — not received refund after repeated complaints

My order is [protected] kindly find below the mail i received from snapdeal. Its more than 15 days and it doesn't seem that refund has been intiatied yet because i have not received my refund. From last 15 days i am trying to get my refund back and from last 5 days you are transferring my money by neft which is not showing in my account.

Updated by Amitabh80 find attached the message I received on 26 may 2019 .I have been receiving these messages for last 20 days that problem will be solved and I will get my refund back in 24 hours . The product was picked up next day only and since then I am taken for a ride with all false promises. I want my refund to be initiated immediately. They never responded to my complaints until and unless I started complaining in this site. If you guys are unable to transfer this amount because of your incapability to transfer, refund it in form of SD cash. What a sorry state that the company owned by IIT passouts have no technical knowledge of online amount transfer. There is no number to speak to a live person...all dead and dumb IVR on call...I want it resolved immediately.
