[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — not refund my payment | |||||
I purchased a casio watch worth 10, 525 from snapdeal on 30 september. When i ordered it there was 7 days easy return policy on the product. I got my order on 5th october at evening i opened the box but i was not satisfied with the product so i requested for return within half an hour. But i got a mail from snapdeal that your order is not available for return policy. They refused to refund my money. Their customer care executive behaved so redely n refused for refund.
