[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — not returning product | |
I have bought omron bp monitor upper arm (Hem-7112) from snapdeal with order no.[protected] and it is not showing accurate result. I placed the request to return the product on 06/12/2017 but till now there is no reposnse from snapdeal. I made the payment of rs1440 through credit card. I have tried calling there customer care number several times but i think it is impossible to talk to their executives as the computerised message they provide is pre recorded. I want you to please take this issue and help me returning the product or otherwise i would be forced to file chargeback. It was not expected from a e commerce giant like snapdeal.
