[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — not returning the product and also not refunding the money | |||
Order id: [protected] (Adidas superstar lifestyle black casual shoes) I ordered the same product on 29th july 2017 and it has been delivered to me on 3rd august 2017. The size was not appropriate and thats why i requested for the return on 5th august 2017. Snapdeal sent the status that it is under process and nobody came to pick up for return request. Now, snapdeal is sending me the email that they are blocking my account. Are they guys having common sense?. On which basis, they are doing this. I requested for the return and within falling under their policy, i requested for the return within 3 days, which is valid according to your return policy.
