[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — old product delivered and not provided my refund back. | |||
I ordered wd wd10purx 1 tb internal hard drive on 12 aug 2017. I received item on 17 aug 2017 my order id :[protected] On same day as soon as i opened this item i found i received old item then i raised return request (Ticked id:[protected] on snapdeal, Snapdeal team proceeded quality check process even they know that i received old item i discussed all this thing to snapdeal help desk team. After quality check process snapdeal team saying that we found quality check failed so we can't provide you your refund back. My question is that why snapdeal team not doing quality check process before they delivered item to customer, hence i received old product. I am waiting that i should get my refund back.
