I have issue with snapdeal courier partner xpress bees, they are trying to fool people. I have placed an order and now its cancel/refunded by snapdeal as courier person was not able to deliver. Here i would like to highlight is that the courier company is fooling the customer as they never visited my office for delivery. On the contarary they are claiming that i was unavailable at office. I have called xpress bees call centre and told the office timing, they assured me that they will deliver the product on given time. Snapdeal is also fooling people by giving vouchers in short they just want to do marketing and actually not delivering the product. I will recommend my friends not to buy anything from snapdeal they are good at marketing but not good in their commitments. Was this information helpful? | |||
