I have returned a doyours toothbrush stand as it doesn't meet my requirement as it is too small in size (Item size was not given in product description). After receiving the item by snapdeal one of their executive called me and asked for the reason for return and i said because of the size i am returning it back and i will order another item with bigger size. But
Now snapdeal is returning back the item saying.. As your item does not meet our quality check guidelines. We have shipped it back to your original delivery address. And also quote following message..
Please note that in case you refuse to accept delivery, we will not be liable for any loss or damage to your item. Your return request remains closed. This kind of behaviour of online shopping app is un acceptable as now a days online shopping become very essential in our busy life.
