Order id: [protected] The product just after first time use has torn very badly from two places. I contacted customer care for the same but the executive very rudely talked to me and said she cant do anything. I have to keep the product and disconnected my call. Such a bad customer support snapdeal provides. I do not want the refund but atleast any exchange or something can be done as the product has come out disaster.
