I have sent 5 emails so far to the customer care, there is no single response from the customer desk, i don't know whether customer care really exists in snap deal. There is no escalation matrix provided and we can't reach the customer care to discuss our problem. I have returned this order due to the wrong description provided on the website and it has been returned along with the other bag 10 days ago.
