Sir on 28 aug 2018 i purchased as lenovo white a850 4g mobile from snapdeals as cash on delivery. I recieved my courier and found that phone is different from which i have ordered this was 3g phone. On vey next day i send that phone back to snapdeal with my own money. They had recieved order and are saying this "your reason for returning is not accepted. From is clear fraud that company is trying to sell its 3g phone as left in their stock plz do needful. When contacted wit customer rep that told that this is their policy that electronics good once sold will not be returned. Please do needful i want money back Was this information helpful? | |||
