[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — from past 2 weeks return product is not picked by courier

My order id: [protected] placed on 10th oct and delivered damaged product on 21st oct and i placed return on 22nd and it was accepted on 24th oct. But till now no one has come to pick the product and i was sending mails to [protected]@snapdeal from past 2 weeks, but no use they are saying courier will pick the product. No direct cc contact number or escalation process. Very bad experience with snapdeal customer care.

Yesterday they have picked the product after 14 days. Thanks to consumer complaints for escalating the issue. Snapdeal should stick to their timelines and proper communication to the customers to avoid such complaints.

I would like to inform you that i have received an sms for winning a lucky draw, however i don't remember that i have purchased or registered anywhere for this. I would rather request you to check and try to stop this if this is an fraud.
I bought a necklace from snapdeal but returned it due to some reasons and didn't yet received the refund... And ur customer care no. Is also not getting. Plz help

I have yet not received zxg memory card 128 gb class10 memory card under subjected id [protected] but you showed that it has been delivered on 25 oct 18. i have recieived the message that it is being delievered but i haven't received it
