[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — order id [protected]

Please be informed that I have received the items today[protected] but while inserting the Cartridges in the printer getting the erroneous message that
“The products inserted are not HP Genuine product” and the printer is not working. At the same time I had ordered the original HP cartridges.
Please advise what to do now?
