[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Order not delivered to me yet! | |||||
Hi, This is in regards with order no. [protected] for Philips in ear earphones. I ordered the above mentioned product on 05th Oct'16 and today is 10th day but my order is still not reach at my place within their standard delivery time i.e. 4-5 days and not even they gave me any update on this latency. Only I had received a call from the courier service to confirm the time of delivery then I confirmed but if we talk about delivery time I had mentioned it also in my order but don't know where the problem is? As I checked that the expected delivery date and time had passed without any reason but then there was a single option left i.e. reattempt option and I was thought it will be helpful to me but I was wrong the 2 times reattempted time (12oct and 13oct timings 2pm-6pm) also gone but i the order is pending.
