[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — order not fulfilled by seller | |||
I placed a order with snapdeal, snapdeal confirms my order and after 3 days it was cancelled by snapdeal simply by saying that "seller is unable to fulfill". Disappointed by service as my order was cancelled and not fulfilled after successful placement of order. It is just non fulfillment of contract at agreed terms and totally disagree with the terms given in indian contract act 1872 under breach of contract. Was this information helpful? | |||
