[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — order not placed but amount deducted from bank | |||||
I palced an order on 17 jan 2018 for a perfume named azzaro chrome edt 100ml which was failed for payment but the amount of product amounting 1980rs was deducted from my bank. When i tried to reach snapdeal they keep on sending mails saying reverse payment will be made within 2 days. That period has passed but still i havent recieved my refund. Please help me regarding this or else i will turn to consumer court for this matter. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||||
