[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — order status is showing delivered but order is not delivered yet | |
Order status of an order id: [protected] (Placed on 22 oct, 2018 and suborder id: [protected]) is showing delivered but in actual order is not delivered yet. Kindly refer below screenshot which says that order is delivered on 24th november 18 but that order was not delivered to me on the mentioned date. Also refer attached mail in which it is mentioned that order is going to be delivered Between 27 november to 1 december 2018. And i haven't got any order delivery mail or sms for mentioned order.
