[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — panasonic pt-ls26eas1 lcd business projector (1920 x 1080) | |||
I bought a panasonic projector on snapdeal, everywhere it says projector with a 1920x1080 resolution which is hd, but when i received the order and checked the projector it has the highest resolution on 800x600 which is vga. Then i called panasonic service to configure the display in 1920x1080, but they said this model is not at all hd (1920x1080), the seller of this product is fooling customers with fake specifications. Below is the link where it is listed, https://www.snapdeal.com/product/panasonic-ptls26eas1-business-projector/[protected]#bcrumbSearch:projector Now i don't have time to return the product & wait for a refund and buy a new one, also don't trust snapdeal anymore about their refund and fear that i might lose even the vga resolution projector if i returned it. I tried to reach out snap deal support on their number, even after trying more than 2 hours on phone i could not connect to their employee, all the time it was asking me to press the options which were irrelevant. I have purchased 2 kurtas from snapdeal and I returned it via India post but I did not receive refund and when I emailed them they are asking for receipt of courier as I send by post I do not have receipt . and snapdeal do not have any customer care phone to contact even there is no way for telephonic conversation with them.

I had requested return of faulty Latexo Polyester Bucket Spin Magic Mop bought at Snapdeal. Its handle swivel is rigid/stiff. 2-3 times I have followed up but each time I received a pickup intimation b no one turned up.
Ordering on snapdeal is a real headache and unique example of time pass.
