[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — product | |||
I ordered a "sony mdr-ex110ap in ear earphones with mic (Black)" on 26th september 2017 and received the package through courier on 1st october 2017. Once i open up the red-colored courier packaging and the bubble covering, i found that the primary packaging of the product i. E. "sony earphones" carton box was lying open & there was no actual product inside it. I immediately notified to snapdeal about this the same day via email. They didn't reply to me till 1 week despite my repeated reminder emails. After 10 days, on 10th of october 2017, three people from the courier company (I think it was "airway") came to my house for the "inspection", took pictures of the product and the package but said nothing. On next day 11th of october 2017, i receive an email from snapdeal stating that they are "suspending my account" because "my transactions do not pass our internal checks". What the hell? This is sheer fraud and cheating by snapdeal. First they took the money in advance and sent only the empty product package.
