[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — product delivered is not original

My family has been using davidoff's cool water perfume for years. My sister had ordered 2 100ml perfumes to gift me on my birthday and was disappointed to find duplicates delivered. The bottle color and shape was evidently different. I have attached a picture to explain just the color difference. The bottle evidently has the line to prove that it was reworked on. The odour is definitely not the original. We feel so cheated and lost confidence in snapdeal. We requested for a replacement mentioning the details and they collected the parcel but returned the same after a few days. Please intervene in this matter. We can not have such things happening to customers in our nation. India should be known for delivering good and original stuff.

I'd posted my complaint on this site 2 weeks back and it's now a month since i asked snapdeal for a solution. Haven't got a solution yet. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
