[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — product doesn't seem genuine as the qr code is purposely removed

The product i received is herbalife protein powder but the qr code is missing, infact it seems it is removed. Request you to please revert on my query at the earliest.
The plastic container information is not as per the standard of herbalife products and the qcr code is missing, infact removed hence i doubt it's not a genuine product

In case you don't have any clarification please arrange to pick up the product from me.

Thanks for arranging the pickup, I raise the grievance to identify if the product is genuine made by Herbalife or it's a remake, please update if the product is a genuine herbalife i will use the product, please help.

I wanted to highlight to Snapdeal the type of product delivered to the end user, as u are the one accepting the orders it's your responsibility to verify the product is a genuine one and not a remake of a original product.

Please update at the earliest before I highlight the issue to FDA and the original Company.

I received a call from a number saying that you are the lucky customer of the month. And select from the options of gift and purchase a 4000/- worth item on snap deal and you will get the gift. How geniun it is .
