[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — product missing and refund problem | |||||
I ordered a nike air max shoes on 18 nov.. I received a parcel on 30 nov... But parcel have no item... My product is missing... I do complain in mail and also application... But they do not reply well... Shipping company contact me and talking about order... They said me to proceed your problem to higher authority but snapdeal till now no refund initiate me... My timex watch get moisture inside when i reached to service centre they told me that it is an un authorised seller my is not repair too in warrenty period
