[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Product not being picked up for return | |||||
Suborder I'd : [protected] I received a laptop battery on 23 March 2017, but I was not satisfied with the product at all. So I put in a return request the very next day and each day I get a new message and email telling me how Snapdeal was unable to pickup my product and the pickup date has been rescheduled. After this went on for 3 days I put in a mail at [protected]@snapdeal.Com detailing my problem but except from the automated message I did not receive any email addressing my problem. I have tried talking to a Snapdeal customer care executive but seems like no customer care number or any email id ([protected]@snapdeal.com [protected]@snapdeal.com) exists anymore. I would really appreciate if my problem gets solved soon, and I am not stuck with a fake laptop battery. Was this information helpful? | |||||
