[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — product not delivered | |||||
I bought a product (Nike flip flops) Order no[protected] & Ref no 52881908 from Snapdeal. On 23/12/18 I got a message from Snapdeal about the delivery boy details. The delivery boy Muralidhara has change the status of the product to delivered but I have not received the product. I called the delivery boy Muralidhara @ mob no [protected] on 23/12/18 and he said his bike is not working and he will deliver it on 24th dec., on 24th morning when I called him he said he will deliver it in the evening by 3-4pm but he didn't come and also he didn't picked the call now even after calling so many times. This is very dissapointing. I wrote so many mails to Snapdeal but didn't get any response. Still I have no idea where is my order? From last three days we are writing mails to Snapdeal about my order but didn't get any response. I called delivery since last three days still not able to contact him or any of the Snapdeal help support team. I request you to take urgent action on this issue. Thank you.
