[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — product not delivered

I had order a fastrack watch from snapdeal 30 days back but i have not received the watch. I receive the message that it will be delivered on this date but never receive a call or shipment and shown as delivered by them. When i tried to contact to snapdeal, no one is picking up my call. There a auto voice call option only which never respond the query. When i send the email they said they will provide the proof of delivery but never came back as they don't have any as the product is not delivered at first place.
I want my money to be refunded asap or deliver the product.
This is the first time i used snapdeal and cheated by them.
