[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — product not delivered whereas charged the whole amount | |||
I have ordered a micromax canvas lite mobile phone from snapdeal on 20th oct 17. I received the package on 26th oct but there was no mobile phone inside the package. I tried to call snapdeal customer service but no human attended the call and i was frustrated. I also mailed them 5 to 6 times asking them to resolve the issue but neither they replied nor they called and resolved the issue. The company is a big fraud and now my rs 5100 is in jeopardy.
