Order placed on 27th sept 2016. The track your order link shows the product "prepared for dispatch" since sept 27th and no further updates.

It has been one full week, with no updates either via sms or via email or phone. My credit card has already been charged the full amount.
The worst customer care ever for an e-commerce company. The call center number goes through a maze with no option to get a live person.

Too bad mr. Aamir khan.. That you endorse such a company. This is the second time, in a row that i am having issues with snap deal.

Rest assured.. You have just lost a customer. And i will certainly spread the word about the extremely poor support.

Updated by sueganes What is the meaning of "will get back to you with an update soon."? Hasn't this been more than a week of sitting in some wearhouse . I am not able to cancel the order either. It says " As per company policy.. you cannot cancel this order". This is down right fraud. Please take note and respond back within 24 hrs. This is the second time in a row, , that I am having similar issues with Snapdeal.
