[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Product Return - Refund not initiated | |||
This is about the Delayed Refund and mismatched data view in the mobile application. Order ID: [protected] This order worth Rs. 375 was picked up on 22nd May and despite being assured to provide the refund, there is no refund still yet. All queries have been clarified and can be found in the escalation ticket and recorded conversations with customer care. The Status in the Mobile still shows as "Order not picked up". I didn't even receive the message after the pickup was done. Order ID: [protected] This order was picked up on 31st May and fortunately, we have received a pickup message from ECOM. But the Order status still shows "Order not picked up". There is no sign of refund communication yet. On the whole, I am not able to call Customer care as I don't see the option of calling. The Snapdeal account is my father's and I am complaining on his behalf as he is a senior citizen and is not aware of the process. The details of account can be fetched from the order IDs.
