[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — product returned yet snapdeal denied receiving the product n trying to cheat

I ordered from snapdeal on 24th august n received a wrong product. Hence placed a request for replacement. The product was successfully picked by vulcan courier company yet snapdeal has denied stating they haven't received the product.
It's been more than a week since i complained yet i'm not receiving any proper update from them.
The customer service executive are extremely rude.
Looks like they trying to cheat the customers saying they haven't received the product as vulcan s their affiliated courier service.
