[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — products not delivered.. not even attempted. | |||
Snapdeal customer care is voice fed machine. No personnel to whom one can explain problems regarding products, inefficient courier... Unlike other on line and their related courier partner. My products reach the destination but courier don't even attempt delivery..in the mean time, company keep sending sms like 'customer refused delivery'.. Next date?. And, the process repeats. Sad.
