[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — puncher p9 | |||||
In the website, snap deal says that they will refund the money within 2 hours of picking up the item!! I receive a message saying i will get a refund in 1 - 3 days!! When i check the online status it says, the refund will be given on[protected]. It has already been more than 24 hours and there is no update from them yet!! I don't on which update i need to rely on!! When i send them an email, there is an automated email i get from them stating that they hear me!! Mr. Kunal, you are really running one of the worse ever e-com!! You better get to learn from flipkart!! They are always on time and they never delay their promises!!
