[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — received a defective product and it is not taken return back

This is to the complain of my order whose invoice is 32db95/1006168. I am writing this mail bcz i am disappointed with the person who came to pick the return product. I have compained to you that the product is defective and in the reason commentbox i have mentioned you everthing that the product is dieliverd to me just now and it has a cut mark so i need to return it but the person whom came to accept it said it cannot be returned. I could understand why... Plz look into the issue and resolve it..
