[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Received an empty box

I ordered rejsol tca 25% chemical peel lotiin from snapdeal but i recieved an empty box, i too k help from costumer service and they asked me for photos and a consignment form of empty box, i provided them all that, but still there is no updates from their side regarding my refund. I also mailed them they didn't replied. I also tried to reach on call but they also now removed call option from my account. Sir i need my money back, it costs rs.877. I have also provided them my bank details but they are not taking any action regarding my refund process. Please help me out in this asap.

Snapdeal handled very carefully after i registered my case here and i finally got my refund after 7 days, thanks consumer complaints and snapdeal
