[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — received duplicate product and still no refund received after returning the product | |||||
Dear snapdeal, I have ordered the fastrack men's watch on dated 3rd september 2018, my order no was [protected], invoice no s0f0a4/18/50314, seller was fashselect company (Delhi) received on 7th september 2018 in the office situated at mumbai. I have received the watch but it was not original fastrack brand quality and finishing was so poor when i inquired in fastrack showroom they told me its completely fake product. I have informed snapdeal about the fake product and they registered return pick up for me and picked up the same, but still not received any cashback in my account. Its really worst that first snapdeal selling a fake product under the famous brand name and they are not giving cashback if anyone highlights the same.
