[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Recent order issued and i cannot return the product to snapdeal | |||||
Hi I had order an item from snapdeal on jun11, 2017 and i got the product on 15. When i opened the product (4g wifi datacard unlocked), it feels me it was used one for sometime and it was not properly unlocked. So after seeing such item what the customer will be doing by default return or replace the item. I did the same to refund it. But i got a mesage from snapdeal saying due to some transactions in snapdeal, we wont take the refund request and cus care told me, it was closed my backend team.
