Snapdeal.com — Refund amount not received | |||||
I ordered maharaja whiteline 50L slim plus room cooler white, order no. [protected]. Total amount -Rs 7764. . model no. c0102co103 I opt for cash on delivery . I received the product .I didn't like it.as it does not provide any cooling.so I put complain against for the same .(replace or refund) customer care person said that as they received the product they will work on refunding of amount .before refunding they will sent a mail on m e-mail account for taking bank account details...on 19-may 2016 they took back the product but I didn't received any mail. ( i waited 3-4 days for mail) .on 23 may 2016 ..i made a call to customer care number...there's an electronic answering that the refund is already been made .but i didn't provide any account details ..so how it could be possible. and when i checked m bank account ...there's no refunding amount received . and i called more than 30- 40 times ...it just provide with electronic answering machine . there's no one to answer expect that electronic answering machine.
