Snapdeal.com — Refund amount still not get | |||||
Hi all, Snapdeal has not trustpay website. My order cancel on 12may2016 and they was send mail on refund amount credit will 6 days(may be end on 19may 2016). But still (25may 2016) they was not refund my amount. If i ask customer care once i received product refund it so when you reached product to you does not answer they are all. I have already contact your team many time.. But their responsible is not acceptable
Your team always told please wait... If you answer like this always mean what i do.. In this way told mean not a trustpay site..
It's take a18days for refund process. I[censored] process this way mean where will go the buyers..
And still also im not get refund
So every time you also put the same answer my representative touch with you..this is very illegal activity
