[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — refund and return issue | |||
Return & pick up related issue Dear snapdeal i think that snapdeal is best online shopping partner but no way i have order a lucky jewellery bridal set on 15 jan 2018 i received on 23 jan 2018 and the product is not good as displayed in picture. I cant use it. Hence i apply for return request the item on 26 jan and it was accepted and generated my return id 45742190. Then no pickup was their. All then i tried to contact many time by call at [protected] but i get some shocking response. Response is ‘’please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience. Your item was delivered in good condition and is same as what was shown on the website, hence cannot be returned or replaced. Also as per policy order can be returned only in case of damage, different from description only. ‘’ When i go through the policy nowhere mention that the produced is non returnable. How this may happen after generating return id you are saying the product is not refundable and not returnable. This problem totally disappointed by snapdeal. Please help out from this problem.
