I bought through emi basis vide oder id [protected]. And delivered item but found defective. I requested to refund and returned on 16/03/2019. But till now no steps has been taken from snapdeal. Snapdeal not valuing of money. Please take urgent stpes to refund and returned my decfetive material. I furter request you to give a addrees to whom i can file case in the consumer court.
