[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — refund and returned of defective item.

I bought through emi basis vide oder id [protected]. And delivered item but found defective. I requested to refund and returned on 16/03/2019. But till now no steps has been taken from snapdeal. Snapdeal not valuing of money.
