[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — refund | |
Order id - [protected] placed on 16 th aug First of all i recieved a refurbished product not the new one and on website when i ordered it was no where written that that product is refurbished, secondly the screen was full of scratchs and ither applications were downloaded in that tab so anybody can make out the the tab is used and the day i got that tab.. On the same day i post a return request. After 2 day the quality check guy came and check the tablet and verified the imei no. And all and it was all ok and now after 2 days a guy came to pick the tab and today you guys are saying the quality check failed.. Obviously it will get failed bcz it was damaged and u guys are saying that its not the similar tablet as well.. Who are you fooling yourself. That quality chck guy confirm the imei no and it was ok and now you dont want to refund and get rid of that damaged tablet. With due respect i am saying to refund my money or i have to take help of police. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |
