[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — refund

I placed an order and then returned it but your company has not refunded my money and it shows that order pickup was failed, and it has been 20 days. I tried to contact your customers care but they are not responding at all. I placed the order of a nike jogger and it's description is given in the photo i uploaded. If now your company don't refund my money then i will take a strict action for this all issue.
