[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — refund issue

I have ordered nike airmax shoes shoes in this month i. E., december, but the size i hot wasnt compatible so i returned it & asked for refund. But still after couple of week snapdeal didnt returned my money & instead of fixing the problem they are just mailing me like "we are working on your problem". Worst ever service & response i had ever got in online products. I want my refund. Please help me in getting my refund as soon as possible Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I ordered m3 band from snapdeal, and snapdeal send me old m2 band band not working and wrong band like m3
band when i Request to return my order, Snapdeal do nothing, and not replay my mails
