Sir mai snapdeal se ek bana hua shut order kiye the. Lekin snapdeal wala mujhe shut ka kapra vej diye. Mai unko refund request kiye. Kafi mail karne k badh wo lg-bhag 7day me shut ka kapra refund le gaye. Avi tak snapdeal se koi call ye koi massage, mail nahi aaya or snapdeal customer care me phone karte hai to phone v nahi lagta hai. Lagta hai mera no block kar diye gaye hai. Mujhe rupees v avi tak refund nahi kiye hai snapdeal wale. So sir please help me
