GREETINGS! I returned a product to Snapdeal.com and I am expecting a refund of RS 591/- from Snapdeal which according to Snapdeal has been processed on 19/01/2018 but it's not reflecting in my account. I send 3 mails to POS.[protected]@bankofindia.co.in regarding the same but did not receive any response and custormer care executives are also unable to help.
