[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Refund not made fully though product was damaged on delivery | |||||
I placed an order for a photron lens cleaner on 7th April by paying Rs 899 on Snapdeal website. The product was delivered, but with the seal broken. I asked for a replacement from Snapdeal. The replacement was sent, but again on opening the outer packaging i found the product seal broken. I therefore requested for a refund as Snapdeal did not replace the second time. The amount refunded to me was not 100%.Snapdeal deducted Rs 351 from the refund without any information on the reason . I followed up by two calls to the helpline number. I followed up with multiple mails. But till date no news on full refund. Snapdeal is misselling and cheating online consumers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
