I returned a product to snapdeal.com and I am expecting a refund of rs 591/- from snapdeal which according to snapdeal has been processed on 19/01/2018 but it's not reflecting in my account. I send 3 mails to pos. [protected]@bankofindia.co.in regarding the same but did not receive any response and customer care executives are also unable to help.
