[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — refund not received for cancelled item is over a month now

It's more than 30days I cancelled an order . Everytime we are communicating with Snapdeal team they say it will take 10 days to process refund . Now on 7th June they marked the item as delivered, and cancellation request is also closed. Refund not provided for the cancelled item.

Updated by sawmendra snapdeal is not refunding my money for the cancelled order. order was cancelled on 5th may 2019. as the item was on cancellation snapdeal representative asked to refuse delivery if attempted. Delivery was not accepted .
since past one month they are not refunding my money, they closed the original cancellation request, and later when i register another complaint they, again send me an SMS today on 10th june 2019 that item is Delivered.

Until now snapdeal has not giving refund of cancelled order.
